I flew in to Fargo (the other Dakota but surely they’re about the same) once - only commercial airport I’ve ever been to without a normal enclosed terminal with multiple gates. Can imagine outside of the cities it could be pretty desolate.
I’ve driven across it. 😳 Had never experienced signs that warn “next gas station 168 miles” on interstates. Driving absolutely flat with nothing but maybe a ranch here and there for over 2 hours straight. Mapquesting “Walmart nearby” And getting “3.5 hours.” BUT…I was driving 95 and getting passed all the time. 🤷🏻‍♂️😂

He is from the Eastern border near Sioux Falls and that is unlike the balance of the state as you go West. Once you get past Mitchell it WAS WHEN I DROVE IT, really sparse. Parents moved to Pierre and I did not care to live where you had to have electric service to support in-line radiator heating devices in apt. parking lots. BRRRRRR

Anybody got any hints on our involvement levels with this kid RECENTLY? Kind of like this off the wall type recruit at a position of need.
