Here you go. This goes back to 2004:

2005 // 75,753 // 79,297 // 95.5 // 107,593

2006 // 74,907 // 76,833 // 97.5 // 105,789

2007 // 74,380 // 76,833 // 96.8 // 103,918

2008 // 73,367 // 76,833 // 95.4 // 101,448

2009 // 70,194 // 76,833 // 91.4 // 99,220

2010 // 67,172 // 74,444 // 90.2 // 99,781

2011 // 61,665 // 74,444 // 82.8 // 94,462

2012 // 59,617 // 74,444 // 80.1 // 89,965

Dang. So what this is saying is that the FANS are to blame for our declining W/L records over the past few years. C'mon Vol Fans, buy more season tickets and we will for sure do better!!

This will be our 3rd season as a donor in the north end zone. We decided to make the commitment now when seats were open. When we are back near the top of the SEC we would have prime seats.

I don't think there's any question. I know quite a few long-time season ticket holders who just decided the continued rising cost isn't worth it when you can watch every game on television. It's an understandable stance.

my parents who are now retired are in that category.

The biggest number on the list was the 2005 losing season.

In middle / mid-west Tennessee, the Titans hurt them more than you would think.

We need to get the NFL to put a team in Birmingham. That would shaft Bama

Seriously, if you've every thought about season tickets, find a friend that's a donor.

I just picked up my friend 2 shaded/dry seats on the aisle in the north end zone, zero donation. That's only because he wanted shaded/dry.

The east sideline seats are unbelievable deals.

they also reached out to donors this week trying to sell road game tickets. they have tickets available for Oklahoma, Ole Miss, Vanderbilt, South Carolina and Georgia.

the fans have given up on going to games. content to sit at home.

Yeah, I got a call about that.

I'd love to go to Ole Miss and/or Georgia (I've been to Carolina, can't do Oklahoma, and Vandy is spur of the moment throwaway trip), but I have enough trouble getting the home games squared away with work. Its almost impossible for me to commit to a road game this early.

I might go ahead and get the Ole Miss tix anyway.

Probably because the Neyland stadium experience as it currently stands gets shredded by being able to sit on your own couch, drink your own booze, watch your own TV, and enjoy a far better view than you would at the stadium. And it gets shredded by pretty much any NFL stadium experience as well. I was blown away by how nice LP Field was compared to Neyland the first time I went.

That probably sounds like heresy to most, but it's true. This doesn't mean I don't buy tickets or go to the games. I go to almost every home game in Knoxville and ones in Nashville against Vanderbilt. But I'm also realistic. I love going to Neyland, but the place needs some help. Particularly towards the upper levels. The lower concourses are nice now.

I am planning on at least one trip, maybe 2 this year...I will be off on Fri/Sat thru at least October and my kids are bugging me to death to go to a game this year. So, 5 tickets, plus Gas, plus food will not be cheap.

Do any of you know any donors I can talk to about the SC game and maybe pay them for the seats if they didn't want to go. They can reach me at BigNickCSX@yahoo.com

That is a solid number of season tickets considering the fluctuating economy and how many games are on television.

Interesting to see that the amount of non-season ticket holders in the stadium have remained about the same....30k'ish.

2012 // 59,617 // 74,444 // 80.1 // 89,965

so if they get to 60,000 then that's basically no improvement at all over last year and still next to the lowest in a decade.

If UT were dominant on the field and you still buy Titant tickets over UT tickets, then you were never really a Vol fan.

Check out the Tennessee Vols Tickets forum a few weeks before whatever game you want to go to. There are usually quite a few. But SC is away so that won't be an option. Check out StubHub too. The prices rise and fall kind of randomly but you can get some good deals on there sometimes.

You can always just go down early for games and buy outside the stadium. If it is not a sell out and you can wait until right before the game starts, even the scalpers will let them go dirt cheap. It is a bit of a risk but I've had good luck recently doing just that.

Yes it is away and like LWS said I live in SC...hence if they are offering discounts to the donors for AWAY games and they couldn't go, I would like to buy the ticket so I can...I'm only an hr away from Columbia...

they are not discounted. they are 70 bucks each
