I was told that the number was as low as 42,000 season tickets sold Dooley's last year. The info was from a insider in the ticket office....

I have no worries that the numbers will rise back up Brick By Brick under Butch jones as long as the ticket prices don't go up anymore........ :hi:

If UT were dominant on the field and you still buy Titant tickets over UT tickets, then you were never really a Vol fan.

Agree and on that note, my company has both. People still bug me for Vol tickets. Have to go out of my way to give away Titan tickets.

Dooley's last year is right there in the chart. Those are official numbers. Butch's first year was less at the same point in time.

In 1981, I did finally receive 2 season tickets...but could not get them side-by-side. They were in two different sections. By the fall of 1982 I finally got two season tickets side-by-side and I've had them ever since.
