SEC network sucks!

Not enough Tennessee!
ESPN BLOWS

It is the SEC network, not the Tennessee channel. Get used to it. For what Tennessee has done lately, I find the programming, or lack thereof that you are referring to, is on the whole somewhat fairly balanced.

Besides, this is just the first month. Start-ups of any network, no matter how well they are prepared, take time to develop content. From what I have seen, it beats watching a lot of other programs out there.

The true measure and value of the network comes when the season starts. It means the end of pay per view for the cupcake games. And the programs dedicated to the other teams will give fans insights that help us understand the competition. Plus it is an income boost for all of the programs.

Therefore, I must disagree with your opinion. However, you still have, "Here comes Honey Boo-Boo." Enjoy!

He's correct, it'd take an upset to reach that.

And why does that LSU transfer at QB for Vandy look like he's 35 and been doing coke for a decade?

Not necessarily...Utah St, Ark St, Chatt, Missouri, Ky and Vandy...Mizzou is at home and is replacing 7 starters on defense including Sam and Ealy as well as DGB on offense. At worst that game will be a pick em.

Mizzou is replacing people, but it's an established team. Coaching staff has been recruiting there for years, the guys who are replacing the departures know the system well, etc. They have one of the best staffs when it comes to recruiting guys for their system, even if their recruiting rankings aren't the greatest.

They won't be SEC champs again, but they're better than we are right now. Could be a bit of a surprise team if Mauk is as good as some hype him to be.

An established team? They took advantage of the worst year in the history of the SEC East that is all...and they will be vulnerable on defense. This is one Tenn should win.

Yup. Missouri is usually a solid team. 8 winning seasons in the last 9 years, 4 seasons with at least 10 wins.

A lot like we were through the early to mid 00s. Never really the best team in the country, but could compete and occasionally beat a top 10 team, having the occasional year that we were a top 15 team. Nothing for them to be ashamed of at all under Pinkel the last 9 years.

Could win, yes. But should win? I don't think so. Missouri is a solid program that plays a LOT of upperclassmen. Being in Knoxville this year helps, but at this point at least, we'll be the 'dogs against Missouri.

Stinchcomb is a assclown..be sure and clean your screen.

I know he's a Dawg - and we have to hold that against him - but honestly I think Matt Stinchcomb is one of the better "analyst" on the network.

He's articulate and thoughtful. I thought just about everything he said in the Tennessee preview was pretty reasonable.

I REALLY hope that we are better than 5-7 and believe that we will be, but it's not an unreasonable prediction by any means. I think almost anyone with some football sense and without any emotional attachment would be real close to that if asked to predict.

Stinchcomb also said that we would win our 28th straight victory against UK.

I think the piece last night was done very well besides that.

Being from the greater St. Louis area, I have seen these arrogant Missouri fans a lot. I cannot wait to beat their team for the first time.

Pretty sure everyone gets about the same screen time..I guess 28 losses in 4 years warrants more attention though..

Last night 19 august, was a great tennessee night!! The Color Orange, Pat Summit story, 2004 UT vs Florida game, and UT vs LSU. good night
