Did not write the part about mom. But right about weather. Ran a marathon this weekend in 80 degree weather. Am looking forward to the cooler weather. Am sure you aren't getting much sleep tonight.

LG, I really didn't know which way my allegiance would fall until I watched Ginn return the opening kickoff. I knew then that I did not wish to see the National Champion wearing stickers on his helmet.

Congratulations are due to the Gator nation, even though it pains me to give them. I'm just glad you showed how overrated Cannadian football really is.:salute:

Great game...you showed us how ALL the SEC should play....with heart, dicipline, enthusiasm and determination! Meyer is a great coach and this team did everything he asked of them. The whole team was incredible and you made us proud to be in the SEC.

Honestly, I thought Reggie Nelson was held on that opening kickoff TD. So, the real score should have been 41-7.

I don't know. I want to know what was up with Troy Smith. Were the OSU receivers that covered...because he had plenty of time to get the ball away. I wanted OSU to win this game...and I'm not all that happy right now. I just feel kind of sick to see OSU play so entirely sh**ty. I will watch the my Tivo rebroadcast to see if I think it was more Florida defense than bad OSU offense later....

I'm not into the whole great night for the SEC thing right now....

I may be biased...but I've watched that several times now...I think that is was probably a good no call...but it was close, no doubt.

He was; #8 had two handfuls of jersey. I'm not sure Nelson could have made the tackle, though.

When you do that, try wearing a good pair of prescription glasses because if even at first glance you could not tell that Florida's defense was utterly all over them like a cheap suit then you need to see a physician.

I'm just hoping our coaching staff was watching the game and took some notes. By the way, LG, that underwear and pizza scenario is a little too much information. :blink: However, congrats to the Gator Nation for kicking the poop out of the OSU pretenders.

Honestly...I don't even know that I will see from watching the broadcast again. You just don't see what the coverage looks like beyond the linebackers. The camera was just usually zoomed in on Smith getting sacked ... time....and time...and time again. I can't think of how many times I expected him to release the ball when he didn't...and then took the big hit. I have to assume it was crazy pass coverage.

I would never pull for gators. But they really grab a very impressive win, especially for those people outside of SEC. Dominant game, at least we let those people from Big Ten shut the hell up. Congratulations, Florida, enjoy it!

Ever since I've came here a few years ago, all I'd here was "Chrissy Leak will never win a championship!!!", "Leak will give the game away...guaranteed", "He's soft, he'll never win anything meaningful!" over and over and OVER again. Every single thread mentioning the Gators had at least one of those statements.

Still feel that way Vol fans? :eek:lol:
