Bring on a cat or dog.. Revenge against the Elephant.. and round 3 of making USCs life h3ll
Massey projects Georgia to win 69-63, and they won the regular-season matchup. But as others have noted, Kyra always has Kentucky playing well in the SEC Tournament. Massey has us the 12-point favorite over Kentucky and an 8-point favorite over Georgia. Win that, and they have us beating Alabama 72-68.

Interesting, hope they're right. We hammered Georgia at their place by 22, one of our better all round games. Jewel had 25, Rickea 21. We'd have to really soil the bed, which is not out of the question, to lose to either GA or KY.

I think this team knows what’s on the line.. we’ve been playing extremely well since Arkansas and only on the up!

I believe we are a team built for tournament play a nightmare matchup for anyone in the other side!

Looking through the SEC I still find it embarrassing we lost 6 games. Should have been a max 4. Can live with the two to SC nobody expected us to win, could have absorb the LSU loss and then one more on a bad night. But to have had 3 lack luster games that we lost for no good reason really shot us in the foot.

Sorry to beat a dead horse but I’m having trouble being excited about a 5th seed in the SEC tournament and absolutely no hope of hosting for NCAA tourney. Sad state of affairs for a team with a top 3 WNBA pick.

excited about...isn't a rampant feeling here,,,feeling better about the most significant growth might come at the right time,,,Twice now we have gone toe-to-toe and didn't crumble with the big-dog

If the players focus on just that,,,they've got no reason to let anyone stop them

Have excellent seats for the semis on Saturday, section 103 row A, not far from team bench for one of the teams, hoping it’s a UT/SC matchup (Can’t imagine my disappointment if SC fails to make it to semis $$) Will hang for the second game as well obviously, would love for that game to be LSU/OM showdown, have never seen either of those two teams in person before. Watching the finals from my crib on Sunday.

If SC loses on Friday and UT advances to the semis, let me know if you are interested in those 2 tickets, thinking I would sell them, it’s a 5 hour drive from the coast and I prob would not make the drive. These tix are close to the Home team bench, 5-6 rows above them on the midcourt side, where the HC prowls the sideline. Not sure how that works in this tourney tbh, maybe highest ranked team is the home team? Someone on here prob knows the rules and how that works. Am sure Earl would know.

I'm not sure how the home/visitor thing works in the tournament, but I think that you're right. In the highly unlikely event that the Lady Cocks lose, I'd be happy to buy your seats. I buy Vandy season tickets to get good seats for our game in in Nashville and it got me 5th row center court seats behind the announcers last year. This year I'm on the front row (AA) of 116, in the corner next to the bands...oh, well. At least our game tomorrow is general admission.

Javyn Nicholson seems to have an extra pep in her step today. Wonder if the SEC 2nd Team honor is giving her extra confidence.
