There are people in the media that believe Bray will shut it down against Vandy so he doesn't have to go to a low end bowl. The people who say this state he just wants his career here to end, along with a few others, and losing to Vandy seals him not having to see Dooley past the Kentucky game.

To a certain degree, I can't blame him if true.

What say you guys?

Will Bray and team come out with a careless attitude against Vandy?

BS. Again, I say that I'm glad that they're the ones on the team and not the fans. It's pathetic that 18-22 year olds are handling this better than the rest of us. Thank goodness they have a good attitude through all this.

Don't believe it for a second. No competitor willing loses. He may not be focused and they lose, but that is different.

I think all the players will give their all for Tennessee amidst this horrible carousel and beat the dog ***t out of Vandy!! It's only right.

They are terribly coached but I have seen no quit with this team.

You could see how ticked Bray was at Dooley for not going for the win against MO.

That would be a big mistake. Such a display of attitude could make draft stock fall. Don't believe it will happen.

If we have any senior leadership, then all players will give it their all. I think the seniors want a bowl game (if not all players).

This. I think this team is tight and will play to win out for a bowl for the seniors.

I hate the believe that players would lose on purpose because they don't want to play in a "low-end" bowl. Plus a player like Bray, who is really lacking any meaningful wins, would need to show NFL scouts that he is a competitor. Does he think teams in the NFL want a QB that just gives up because he can't get to a bowl or might go to a "low-end" bowl? This sounds like BS to me.

I doubt this is true, but if it is something that Bray has conveyed to those close to him, then this is a big reason why I am ready for him to move on. Great talent, just have not seen the killer instinct and leadership needed to win in the SEC.

They have not quit all year and they wont quit on Saturday. This is the end of some of these seniors football careers and by winning out they will get a extra month of football. Vols win 27-21
