So after last night, I got to thinking about the teams and players and teams that are now, and quite possibly have already been deemed overrated. I thought on a slow day like today, it might be worth discussing who yall think fits these two categories.
In no particular order I'll start with SC. This guy maybe the future, but he isnt the present. Their recent loss isnt his fault, but it will be his burden to bear. SC should still contend out West, but the road to the BCS NC game has passed them by. In short, they were over hyped.
Simply put, this guy got beat by a better team, but they've been hot ever since. We'll know more when they play the U, but as for now, and pending their performance in Florida, I'll stay on the fence with the sooners.
If Case gets two Big12 teams in a row, there should be zero discussion whether or not the kid is legit. An under advertised Qb at an under advertised school might just be in the finals for the Heisman at the end of the year. I say so far, he's as real as they get, and if he can lead the coogs past this guy
I say he deserves all the hype he gets.
The bears had a great find in Griffin, but after dropping the opener, things have been shakey at best.
Briles better ralley the troops because I can easily see them at the bottom of the B12 South at this juncture. As for Bowl posibilities, I'll admit I was wrong.
