A permit was approved by Trump and cancelled by Biden, that much is correct, but it would be incorrect to imply that the project was anywhere near complete or operational. I did a quick search and only 8 % of it had been built. There were more legal challenges that you can count.

And at any rate, my point was that I believe (and I confess I'm no expert) that fracking is largely a matter of state regulation. Perhaps not entirely. But in any event I don't think its nearly as simple as Harris revoking a given permit, as occurred with Keystone. And even then there'd be legal challenges.

It is consistent with her Green new deal plans . All electric carbon neutral renewable energy. As she said " My values have not changed"
