Nope. I do like it that he's trying to out the real agenda of the left. If he wasn't doing as good a job as he does then I would think you lefties would just laugh at him, but you don't, you're scared of him (and not for the reasons you want everyone to believe).
Yet. I could have my degree in engineering tech in less than a year, it's not what I want to do, though, so it's pointless. But, hey, keep trying.
Weren't you the one telling an inspirational story about going from a pretty unrespectable position to being the owner of a successful business? Kind of a ****ty thing for you to say to someone in this context, imo.
Point is that you keep stating conservatives are uneducated and stupid yet you don't even have a degree. You are one of the few people on here who push this view point in almost every thread you enter. If you are going to push this viewpoint, it might make sense to atleast have a higher level of education than the guy at the Wendy's driver through window.
Except that I do, I just don't have that magical piece of paper. I'm not the first person to point out what I said about Beck and his followers, either.
I'm sure your resume will look great when you apply for an engineering job and you state "I'm smart but don't have that magical piece of paper" on your education background.
Good luck with that.
I've held a position in an engineering department. I hated it, that's one of the reasons why I decided not to return. But you could ask my customers now, many of them like you, and they'll tell you I should be continuing it. I fix people's problems all day long.
I have no doubt you could finish your degree or that you are book smart. I'm also not the one always stating one side has a certain view because they are uneducated. You are. I am simply saying that by the world's view you would be considered uneducated. Bill Gates would be too so it's not a knock. My point is you need to stop generalzing that Beck's audience is all uneducated. Some are. Some MSNBC listeners might also have tuned in looking for a Serta sale.
If I may, I would like to add that many individuals, of all political persuasions, blindly follow individuals and/or philosophies out of laziness. They want others to tell them what to believe rather than do the heavy lifting of research, self-examination, and seeking honest answers to figure out what THEY believe. It's the easy way out to be spoon fed. Neither conservatives nor liberals are immune to intellectual laziness. I may not agree with someone, but if they have made an honest attempt to do the necessary work to resolve their beliefs and present them with dignity, honesty, and humilty, I will respect them.

I'm also not saying that ones education causes them to lean one certain way right or left. This is my point.
You don't see conservatives saying people lean left because they are uneducated but liberals like Volatile say it at every chance.
And yes, I came from nothing.
