Im the same as the OP for some crazy reason I love to watch and learn about the weather, I love it. We have a chance of bad weather here also, but late tonight. Everyone stay safe..

You are much like me. I get pumped when bad weather is near me. It absolutely consumes me and I have to get more. I've seen a tornado, been brushed by a hurricane, got hit by the eye of a monster tropical storm. Just lacking an earthquake, volcano and tidal wave I guess.

Just received a text that St. John's hospital in Joplin, MO., just suffered major tornado damage. Be safe out there Missourians.

i was the exact same way til experiencing the ef5. i wanted to be a storm chaser, but after the tornado i've changed my mind.

Joplin Tornado will be at least an EF4 if not EF5. It sucked the manhole covers off the streets

well they just talked about the tornado that hit me. it hit phil campbell. ended up killing over 70 ppl. 10 of those in my little town. still in awe of it
