What fun is it to drop anchor in the bay? You have to tie up with the boat next to you so you can get to know your Volunteer brothers and sisters. These pictures look like any boat dock on Cherokee Lake.

Yeah, Huskies, have fun on your boats before the game in the cold Seattle rain!

"The stadiums have a few things in common...both are sizable with capacities over 70,000"

Thats not even a legit comparison. Theres a huge difference between 70k and 100k+. Also there's about 30 stadiums, capacity wise, that fall between Husky and Neyland.

My son lives out there. Half of the time its rainy and crappy so you wouldn't want to ride a boat to a game anyhow..........

It's actually flattering that they felt the need to compare themselves to us. Despite, their claim of being better than us they had to mention us in their press release advertising their sailgating in order for most of America to know what sailgating was. Oh and about this team - who are they, again? :)

And, when did this term "sailgating" come into use? Let the left coast have it. 'Round here, it's called the Vol Navy.

Well, the authors must read VN. They edited the text to reflect the proper dates of stadium construction.

VolNation; providing well researched materials for piss poor reporters around the world since 1976.

The author of the article FYP.

Empty talk is empty talk. I gotta say though, Husky Stadium is definitely in my top 5 college stadiums in the country. That view is amazing and I really like the design.

In fall it's not really that cold up here it's pretty warm to but no one cares about the cold rain because they are so used to it. Been to both and Vol Navy is far superior.
