Should SEC get rid of Ole Miss?

With Ole Miss not winning a conference game this year and barely winning at home against a division II team Saturday, is it time to ask them to leave. I was in Atlanta today and there was some discussion in the talk radio land of whether replacing them with Texas or Texas A&M would help boost the conference. Natural rivalries with LSU and Arkansas, added media markets which would enhance recruiting even more for the entire conference.

Ole Miss should stay. It's Miss St that needs to leave. They've added nothing to the SEC.

Ole Miss. is one of the top ten places in the country to watch a game. What are you talking about?

We should not be asking either Mississippi team to leave. If Fulmer manages to hang around for a while longer, we need to have conference games we know we can win.

Also they have the prettiest girls in the SEC.

They will eventually straighten out their football program. Talked with an Ole Miss insider today. He said when Orgeron was hired the AD wanted Dennis Eirkson and the Chancellor wanted Orgeron. What would have happened if the AD had gotten his man?

If you could add one team within the area and remove one team from the SEC who would it be?

Add: Bring back Georgia Tech

Remove: Vanderbilt

Definately on the GA-Tech pick.

Clemson definately has the stadium size and fan support to fit in with SEC football. Too bad they're Orange Tigers.

Ole Miss has won more SEC football championships(7) than Vandy(0), Miss State(1), Kentucky(2) or Auburn(6). And tied with Florida and LSU.
