...that would be a concept of operations (CONOPS) tactic. Things like paint treatments and aircraft shaping would be passive measures, but given helo flight envelopes and how it generates lift they aren't as effective as active measures (jamming, radar spoofing, etc).

Passive measures with helos certainly help, but the real benefit would be with CONOPS and active counter-measures as BPV said. A fighter jet with passive measures give more bang for the buck.

Sorry for the confusion.

They are fakes that have been circling the web. I was just showing that a photo is not proof. Anything Obama releases will be considered photo shopped by doubters.

No point. Just curious. I thought you were helicopter pilot but wasn't for sure. Wanted to confirm. It gives you a much better perspective of what might have been going on the night of the raid..and I am assuming you've flown in combat situations
