Cool. Then that should be easy to prove. Especially since you are guaranteeing it. Are you another one of the pretend lawyers here on VN a la @evillawyer, @RockyTop85 and @lawgator1?

they don't have lawyer trading cards with each attorney in the US with all their stats on the back, you dolt. ADAs can try 20 cases per year easy. Ones that lose, don't move up. You're basing his record on a couple of high profile cases.

Televising this will not change anything. All it will do is give more of an idiotic voice to each side. You are not going to change anything. Both sides are going to criticize the other side, the Judges, we will get commentators on TV without a clue as to the law.
TV every night will look like Volnation Forum. We will get amatuer hours every night.
Both parties are running scams and cons to maintain control with the Media in support.
Televising it just makes worse and left open to interpretation based on what you believe and told by someone with a cause and not based on the law.
All televising it will do is throw gas on fires and accomplishes nothing.
You can learn to read and you will know what the truth is.

I wish, so that everyone could see that the Emperor has no clothes and Trump couldn't come out every day and lie to everyone about what happened. Which you know he will do.

But no cameras in federal court has been the rule for a long time and has been challenged over and over.

The move by the Dems here is largely political posturing by them and won't change anything. It just gives them a chance to say what I said above: you cannot trust Trump to give an honest accounting of anything that happens in these trials.
You really think that Hunter Biden will not be thrown into the mix of this trial. Hey, they will not in the Court but the play by play commentators at the end of the day will shout it every night so it is worthless to televise this.

Do any of you think Schiff would be calling for this if he thought it would help Trump in any way?

This will help Trump win the nomination and lose the general - that is what it is designed for.

No one else will get air while Trump is being televised 24/7 and it will remain Biden vs Trump.

This way Biden can also hope to escape the full measure of scrutiny due for the utter joke that his corruption poses. While GOP huddles in congress impeaching Biden, the world will be watching the Trump trial while breathless news anchors cover every meaningless minutia.

There is no winning of it. The trial will be enough to taint Trump a bit further with the few squishy independents who havent yet made up their mind.

But the sad truth of it is, you have to televise it. It is an unprecedented attack on the office of the Presidency.

It's an unprecedented attack on the Office of the Presidency or it is an unprecedented attack on the Constitution of the United States of America. It is one or the other but not both. This should not be overlooked and this case serves up a no win situation which cannot be avoided.

This is not about Biden or Trump it is about the Constitution and the Presidency.
