He is from Michigan. What are the chances he leaves to go coach Michigan or Michigan State, if he has the kind of success we all want him to have?

I dont think he will be going anywhere. This is his "dream" job. Just listen to the man talk about his experience from that Cincy-UT game in 2011. I think we have found stability again with a coach. Hammy screwed up when he fired Kiffin. Even though Al Davis was a problem, he knew what kind of snake Kiffen was.

CBJ wants to be at UT and I think he will for quite a while.

Please... where do y'all come from? Why do you want to entertain negative scenarios? Let's just enjoy the anticipation of a great recruiting class and climbing back to the status of a legit SEC contender. GBO!

Hammy didn't fire Kiffin.

Is there something in the water today? Geesh!

He is successful and leaves, we look around for another guy but this time with a legit program to offer. Plus, the programs he left prior aren't exactly destination jobs.

Let's just enjoy the ride.

I remember when everyone was scared to death that Dooley would leave us for Georgia. Wasn't that silly? He still hasn't left us for Georgia

The General never left for Texas or Army (not counting the war). It's a chance worth taking.

Tennessee is more likely to get into the championship. SEC schedule means wins get you ranked in top 5 every year. Thats why it's his dream job!
