SIAP. Texas could get James Franklin?

For real?

It was on the scrollbar at the bottom on ESPN2 this morning:

"NFL: Coaches: Vikings are planning to replace coach Leslie Frazier after season, ESPN's Adam Schefter reports. Team source says nothing has been decided yet. O'Brien and Vanderbilt coach James Franklin are among coaches team is interested in."

Had to rewind the DVR to find it again.

Wow. Honestly it doesn't seem like he's qualified enough for that job.

I have no idea why a kid that could choose Vandy over UT wouldn't. Vandy has brand new Facility's as nice as anyone's. They're a top 20 academic school that is in the #1 football conference in America. They've gone to 3 straight bowl games. If u want to compete against the best academically and athletically Vandy wins every time.

Franklin is that you? Or do you 5 Vandy fans just repeat the same lines he uses on the radio? You're a complete idiot if you think Vandy's facilities are on par with the best in the country.

I've seen it and there's nothing there that Vandy doesn't have on campus.

You're whole project cost $31mil. And that's for renovating the campus recreation center, which includes the indoor facility. UT spent $45mil exclusively on an athletic complex. We already had the indoor, so no need for a new one. I won't argue that Vandy's indoor isn't nicer than UT's because it's brand new and ours is probably close to 20yrs old but I'm inclined to believe that our investment of $14mil more than yours got us something nicer/bigger/better.

Vandy is smarter. They were able to broker better deals in construction and materials.

Don't worry, that guy's delusional. If his theory were true Vandy would have a top 10 recruiting class, but instead they're nowhere close.
