A new slogan for Tuscalooser should be.
"Tuscaloosa, the NEW Grassy Knoll"

It's always funny to me whenever somebody starts a thread like this pointing out things happening at other schools that someone always takes it upon themselves to offer up a "We suck as much as they do" post.

We all get it. The stuff happens everywhere. We don't need a lecture every time somebody brings up a situation at a rival school about the history of Tennessee criminal offenses.
that's all that needs to be said......

Nowhere near as funny as I find the hypocrisy in posting something about minor off field offenses by our opponents.
also a fair counter point. and honestly, was my first reaction when i started reading this thread and some of the posts in it.

We have some rogue Auburn fan cops on the Tuscaloosa Police Dept. All they do is follow our players around and wait for one of them to spit on the sidewalk. Nick is going to have a little talk with TPD and straighten them out!
:eek:hmy: man, that Tubberville, he is THAT good isn't he?:p

I'm starting to hear that the charges will be dropped.:clapping:

Isn't this the type of thing that got y'all on probation in the first place?

Still, I guess it IS the exact opposite of a "lack of institutional control".

So if Nickie controls the Loserville cops, does that mean they will stop our team buses on the way out of town after this year's game and arrest everyone for Rape or Sodomy?

If Nickie controlled the cops, he would have never been arrested.

the problem is that down here, all we hear about is how great his father and how great he and family are for the community. All we hear is Jeremiah, Tim, and Simeon Castille are the first family of Alabama football. Charity this, community that.

Way to go men :clapping: Really turning around the program. Now watch, the arresting officer was probably a larger man named Phil. It is always somehow his fault anything negative happens in Bammer Town.

Not attempting to highjack the thread... but your avatar... that is one great hat for those of us who appreciate harrassing bammers at every opportunity. Where'd you get that, and do you think we could get 20,000 before October?

I love the hat too. It shows that your are giving homage to the best coach and football program in the history of college football.

Nice try at reverse psychology, fella!

The bright orange T defiles the houndstooth. Its like painting Denny Chimes orange, only in the form of haberdashery.

Its like owning a Power T made from black market ivory hacked out of Big Al's mouth.

FWIW, imitation is the highest form of flattery. No Alabama fan would ever wear an Orange hat with an A on it nor would we own a blue tick coon hound. We don't have to defile your school colors or mascot because our record against you already does that. Seriously, keep wearing the Houndstooth as that is the best looking UT hat you've ever had.

SHOCKING! A bammer living in the ancient past. How has things been going since big Phil took over? Face it. He spurned you to come play football at UT then once he became head VOL he has OWNED you. I would venture to say that he by far has the best record against bammer of any coach who has played you 10 or more times. However, Tubbs is now working on the second hand isn't he. :)

BTW, have the charges been dropped yet? His family going to the press made sure that would not happen.

imagine that, a Bama fan still talking about the Bear, I wont even make fun of you because it would be like making fun of the Special Olympics.

Again, nice try.

Imitation is indeed the highest form of flattery; HOWEVER, this is not imitation, its MOCKERY! :p :moon2:

A fine distinction, but a relevant one nonetheless!

You're the ones that like his hat so much you are willing to wear it. Why don't yall get an alligator as a new mascot and paint an orange T on it. That would be just as dumb, but par for the course I guess.

We can't do that. We don't have near the claim to ownership of UF as we do Alabama lately.

Add the Tuscaloosa Police to the ever growing list of entities that are "out to get Bama"

Clearly, the TPD is jealous of the tradition of Alabama...
