In Japan it was common practice for me to be denied service solely because I'm not Japanese both with subtlety and without.I’ve never been denied service as a Christian, but if someone snubbed me, I don’t want to do business with them lol.. but the majority of businesses do not care about anything like this, they will take anybody’s money
I experienced some anti-Americanism when I was in Munich in the 90s lol.. I just laughed and went about my business..not everyone in life is going to like you, nor is it imperative that they do.. they just can’t assault you (my Dad taught me that) lol.. what people say or think about you is not your concernIn Japan it was common practice for me to be denied service solely because I'm not Japanese both with subtlety and without.
I definitely didn't throw national bitchfits and threaten people over it.
That's as clear as mud.I'm not asking for this, that is on you.
I made that comment in response to everyone on here being more than glad to **** all over gay folks. This is what you wanted, not me. So suck it up and move on when Christians are told to kick rocks. You asked for this, this is what you wanted. So own it.That's as clear as mud.
edit Your comments indicate that you're fine with that restaurant denying service to a group of Christians purely because of their religion. That's out and out bigotry. You're the one who made the comment so nothing is on me.
Show me where I 'asked for this'. But yeah per your comments you're fine with discrimination based on religion. Does it follow that you're fine with people discriminating based on race and sexual orientation too?I made that comment in response to everyone on here being more than glad to **** all over gay folks. And he was just quoting Dudley Moore from the movie Arthur. He just subbed in golf for tennis.Apple exec who was fired after being caught on video joking about fondling 'big-breasted women' says he stayed up all night trying to get the TikTok down before it went viral
We are being run by a society of wimps. Absolutely no reason whatsoever this guy should have been fired, especially knowing the context.
Tony Blevins, Apple’s AAPL, +1.04% vice president of procurement in charge of cutting deals with suppliers and partners, appeared in a Sept. 5 video as part of a series where owners of expensive cars describe their occupations. When asked about his job, Blevins — in an apparent spoof of the 1981 movie “Arthur” — cracked, “I have rich cars, play golf and fondle big-breasted women, but I take weekends and major holidays off.” He also boasted of having a “hell of a dental plan.”
I straight up said I do not think discrimination is okay. Like said it point blank. More than once. Like I'm the guy in this thread saying, "no, we shouldn't discriminate".Show me where I 'asked for this'. But yeah per your comments you're fine with discrimination based on religion. Does it follow that you're fine with people discriminating based on race and sexual orientation too?
Bigotry is a two way street. It's a bad idea from either direction.

And it's not like something he just decided to put out there. There's a guy on tiktok that goes up to people in exotic cars and asks them what they do for work. He was asked by the tiktok guy and gave a joke answer.
