Why does this keep going on about Pearl? What about Roy Williams,John Calipari. ENOUGH

BC is Pearl's alma mater. Johnny Majors came marching home after he won a NC at Pitt. I would be crushed but not surprised if Pearl went home.

After his past few interviews and the way he has expressed himself about the fans and the love for the program here... BC would be the only job he would leave for, but i dont think he leaves. JMO

Interesting.

I've said from Day 1 if there was ever a truly legit school to be concerned with, this is it.

Doubtful that they would be willing to pay what it would take, but I never thought the Memphis ordeal last year would go as far as it did.

That said, I doubt this goes anywhere.

I don't think he goes, the AD at BC seems a little strange. Bruce Pearl or whoever goes to BC better make it home because they will never ever be able to talk to anyone about a better job. I don't see Bruce going to BC, he is building something at UT, he has the money, the facilities, and he is getting the players.

Anyone who expects Bruce not to seriously consider an offer from BC is only fooling himself. Worst of all, he would probably take that great recruiting class with him. Hate to say it, but it's in the back of every Vol fan's mind right now. Mike Hamilton had better open the floodgates on the coffers.

They have already signed LOI's.... not going anywhere.

Not worried about Bruce this year. Maybe for a raise, but not to actually leave.

Renaldo Woolridge on the other hand, has been waxing philosophical all morning on his twitter account. Might be something there, might not.

what article?

I'm guessing the article in the OP.

Specifically this part:
Article said:
DeFilippo spent the weekend contacting Richmond and Cornell for permission to speak with their head coaches. He said he hadn't spoken to any. Harvard's Tommy Amaker is also expected to be on a short list of potential candidates.

In addition to already signing LOI's, I don't see two Georgia boys following Pearl all the way to Boston.
