I thought people in the PNW ate lumberjack food, like Paul Bunyan.

That we do. Damn good burgers, too. Stanich's and Helvetia Tavern, two of the best burgers in the country.

MRE Pound Cake...yummy!

[attachmentid=5586]

jalapeno cheese and crackers

The mint chocolate cake is good too.

You ever had the pork rib with noodles in jamaican style sauce. AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For breakfast I prefer a ham slice, drained and chunked with a whole bottle of tabasco.

God bless the makers of tabasco for including a mini bottle.

Drawback.....stop you up for a week :biggrin2:

Ranger Pudding (I am in no means saying I am elite like a Ranger, just what the word of mouth called it)

Cocoa Packet
Creamer
Sugar
Water

Miix it to a pudding like substance and spread on the crackers. Good stuff.

Espresso. Empty coffee pack in your mouth, drink a swig of water, chew, swallow...abracadabra=espresso

I love MRE's. Reminds me of the field.

Anybody in here mention Drumstick's yet? Especially with the caramel filling!

I had one today but mine has to have the block of chocolate in the bottom.

On cold nights, used to save the heaters and eat the MRE cold (didn't really make much difference in the taste) then take the left over heater, pour water in it, and make a little heater for the hooch.

Oh, and cocoa beverage powder...worth trading skittles for!

Nothing beats a MRE during a day of training.

My dad is a cattle feeder, and I love beef, however, I have no moral dilemma in telling the S4 I am a vegetarina purely to get the cheese tortellini MRE.

The cheese tortellini was pretty good.

What about those crappy charms candy. I would always get pissed when I had them.

I forgot about the chocolate covered cookie. That sucker was good too.

Whenever we go in the field, I am on the HQ element and get stuck being the S4.

Advantage: Get whatever you want
Disadvantage: Work your butt off in the process.

Not to get back on subject here... but Zingers! They used to be made by a smaller company, but it seems they got bought out and are now made by Hostess. They're better than a Hostess cupcake.

If you get Charms, and you are in the field, it is going to rain on you!
