SO.....ashely madison?

Yeah, it's fine to be suspicious but I doubt the guy is any more likely to screw you over. Everybody has weaknesses that compromise their morals, and just because flesh is one, doesn't mean money is one. You may fire the cheater who worked his ass off for you and kept the good family man who manipulates your time clock (because laziness is his temptation).

Time theft is stealing too. And everyone does it....

Right. For every 8 hours paid an employer is doing pretty good if he gets 6.5 hours of real work.

I'm talking about good family men I know who will put 1-3 hours of real work in and ***** about the company all day. That's straight up theft, but it's out of laziness. It's not greed and they find ways to justify the dishonesty.

Thanks I guess. Plenty of good people out there who are looking for jobs and it would be a shame to give that good job to a deadbeat who then hurts the company reputation

And there are plenty of great employees who have never had a blemish on their record who can turn into a deadbeat because of his home situation or other issues who could , in turn, hurt the company.

Point is... Crap happens and you or anyone can't control it. You can try.... But you will not be successful.

So you don't hire divorcees either?

I do and I don't fire adulterers. I don't go prying into employees business to find them either. Just giving my general opinion on cheaters. I can understand a company who handles OPM being leery of cheaters.

I do tend to cut ties with them on a personal level, brings to much drama into my life.

I've been doing this for 10 years. If I wasn't successful, I wouldn't be doing this.

Do you want to hire a child sex molester? Do you want to hand a stack of cash to a convicted drug dealer? Should I hand the keys to a company car to someone with multiple DUIs?

Cheating on a spouse is not illegal. Are you going to start asking for web browsing history to see which married men look at porn?

I also read they do not verify email addresses. Would be sad to fire someone because of a prank someone else pulled

The day I got promoted to a level where I was issued a company car my boss looked at me and said feel free to drive this thing on your personal time, but if you get a DUI in it I am just going to fire you. No second chance. If he cant trust me to drive the company car then he cant trust me to oversee the people I lead or protect company interests. I have no problem with it.

No it's not but it means you have a low moral character. Plenty of good people out there who deserve good jobs. We wouldn't fire someone over it but they will have more eyeballs on their work

Its called using poor judgement. If you are dumb enough to hand your credit card info over to a website designed to help you cheat on your spouse, then its fair to assume you have ****ty judgement. If Target can get hacked you are probably safe to assume so can Ashley Madison.

I agree that it is bad judgement.

Hey barnox... Jared Fogle is someone you should hire. Seriously give that guy a job

He made a mistake aand was fired from Subway. What is your point? He is looking at jail time. Once he is out, he deserves a second chance and forgiveness. Everyone does. I know that there will be places he can't legally work after he (if he is convicted) ever gets released from prison but does he not deserve another chance at a successful life?

He accepted a plea deal. He is guilty. He had sex with uderage girls and had numerous videos of his friend having sexual contact with children on his computer. I am ok with no second chance here.

If he served life he will never get a second chance. If he is out in X amount of years then he does deserve it. And I am ok with that.

So your belief in a solemn vow only extends to cheaters. Breaking it in other ways is irrelevant. Gotcha

Would you be cool with him living on your street and would you hire him to work for you?

He is legally able to live on my street. He can If he chooses and I would not be able to do anything about it. I don't get ill at things I have not control over. Life is too short. Would I hire him? Sure.... If he is capable of it,!why not? Just because he did something wrong years ago does not make him a bad person later. People make mistakes and people change for the good and for the bad.. It's life. He just made a bigger mistake than most. But he deserves a second chance at life after his time is served. That is my only point. Everyone deserves it....no matter what they did and it's not easy for myself to givd it to them. But why should I say I no he does not deserve but give another a chance?
