I am sure the info has already been posted somewhere, but for us folks who got rid of most cable and switched to streaming; how do we make sure to get the maximum number of Vols games?
Last year, I caught almost all of them on YouTube but based on week 0 experimenting Saturday, it’s looks like those are getting shut down for copyright infringement much more quickly this year.
I tried the crazy Disney ESPN+ bundle once but never could get it to work.
What is the path to streaming enlightenment oh fellow Vol fans?

We have YouTubeTV that we split with family so we workaround the crazy cost that way. And we also share a Hulu+Disney+ESPN+ account that gets us the non-major network games. Unfortunately that Hulu+Disney+ESPN bundle is what you're going to need in order to catch those "ESPN+/SEC Network ALT" games. Not sure of a legit way around it outside of maybe trying the free trial path under different accounts or something.

I'm using Disney's bundle w/Hulu Live this go around. Used YouTubeTV last year but had some issues with their streaming quality but not enough to make me want to switch mid-season.

We will see more SEC games on ABC and SECN+ this season. In the past ESPN has streamed the ABC games on ESPN3 at the same time. The Virginia is being shown on both but don't know if you get ESPN3 with just ESPN app or if you need ESPN+. Not many streaming deals out there unless you're new to the service.

Stand outside your neighbors house and watch it through the window.

Or just get FUBO or HULU bundle with disney and espn plus

Just manually search forums many posts and links to frontrowsports, but use adblock plus on chrome, if you end up using any external sites

unless you plan to steal cable, you're gonna have to pay for something.

I like the layout of YoutubeTV. FUBO is cheaper as is Sling.

I really wish those peckerwoods at Disney would release the ESPN streaming app. ESPN+ is barely worth the money and I probably wouldn't pay for it if I didn't enjoy HULU and D+.

Directv Stream, Choice package, has major stations, ESPN, SEC, ACC, other conferences, and assorted Bally Sports. Just add ESPN+ to the ESPN App, and you get everything.

Honestly, if you want to play the game for free, your best bet is to find a friend or family member who has to buy cable for whatever reason, and ask them if they wouldn't mind volunteering -- ha ha -- to be your Vol Accountabilibuddy. And by Vol Accountabilibuddy I mean being willing to activiate your preferred device on ESPN every so many weeks so you can use WatchESPN (or whatever apps you might need).

Like, no joke, that's the easiest path of least resistence to streaming enlightenment. All the other stuff is variable, but if you're using a technically legitimate method, they gotta let you in.

I didn't think you could share YTTV accounts

I'm sure they'll change it soon but right now it's only based on location. So what we do right now is my brother-in-law signs in as if he's in Atlanta (I login for him with his account since I'm in Atlanta) and that works around it. Basically what happens is they let him do it for about 3 months and then he gets a notice about his location and we do that workaround.

The problem with that right now is that DirecTV Stream doesn't have ABC due to a pricing dispute, and they won't say when it will be resolved. The only I've found around it is a digital antenna ($10 and free service) or the ABC App and hope they show the game on the app.

I use Sling Orange with the extra sports tier and the hule/espn+ bundle. I really only use espn+ for ETSU games. Tennessee games will generally be on Sling and on the espn app if they aren't. After CBS goes away for SEC games, they should all be there.
