NIT bound. On the bubble and get dumped in round 2 of conference tournament...not a strong hand to play.

They shouldn't be in the NCAA Tournament after today. Before today they had a 50/50 chance at it.Todays performance sealed their fate.

i'd have tennessee in too.

but, i think anyone is lying if they would try to argue it isn't splitting hairs at this point.

ole miss and bama beat tennessee twice. that might be a factor.

big blue's fan base may be a factor.

what they do in the rest of the sec tournament may be a factor.

it's no slam dunk

I say we're in. Despite this loss, we've still been playing superior ball the last 10 or 11 games. I think we simply got bit by Alabama's bye. I think if we went against them with fresh legs, we would beat them more often than not.

Absolutely. It's close. Even if I weren't a UT fan, I would still give them the edge. JMO.

Another good sign, Clay Travis tweeted we choked away an NCAAT. Every time he tweets something bad about UT basketball under Martin, good things happen after.

If ky wins we are out if they lose we are in. I dont think ole miss or Alabama have a chance unless they win the tournament. Both schools out of conference shedules were terrible

Right on the edge. May go either way. Tennessee has better wins than most other bubble teams and minimal bad losses, so I'll go with "IN..." Barely.

i thin if ole miss, kentucky or alabama make the sec final, they are in.

whether it would bump tennessee out, i don't know
