So...SEC

In theory, sure. But after Grier got busted, do you think UF would have won out if they'd had Bama, Arkansas, and MSU instead of UGA, South Carolina, and Vandy?

None of that is Florida's fault. I'm not saying they don't deserve to be in the SECCG. I'm just saying that their road was much easier than Bama's or Ole Miss'. 57% of the East is made up of the worst teams in the conference, and that is just a joke.

Drawing Ole Miss and LSU from the West seemed like a tough enough schedule back in August.

It was deemed so tough, few experts picked UF to win more than 7 games.

Florida doesn't owe anyone an apology. But the East sucks, and it has sucked for a few years now. UF was simply the tallest midget this year.

Fsu has only had a really good team maybe twice in the last 12 years. We play the perennial champ, runner up, playoff team Alabama every stinking year..I'll give you that playing FSU in the 90s was like us having to play Bama every year, but not so much since 2000 till a couple of recent years. Now it seems like they are sliding back into mediocrity.

The discussion centered around OOC scheduling.

Yep, because UT recruits so many players from New York, Oregon, and Oklahoma. It's not about recruiting.

Our recruiting reaches all over the country. Tennessee doesn't have a lot of exceptional talent in-state. I think Tennessee might do the best at covering the country. We snag talent from California, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, Alabama, Louisiana, Texas, Oregon, etc. on a regular basis.
