Dude is a straight baller. If he doesn't get an invite to NYC for the Heisman, it would be incredibly stupid.

He had 500 total yards today, and had 3500 all purpose yards this year.

I think he will get an invite, but he won't win.

He only has 11 touchdowns. That will hurt him

Henry has him doubled up with 22

Our own Jalen Hurd has 13

Oh and he broke Barry Sanders all time record of yards in a season. You know, the same Barry Sanders regarded as the best running back in college football history.

Of the front runners, if the award was an MVP and not most outstanding player then I think Mayfield should win and Watson in second

But it isn't an MVP award

I believe Ingram won it out of sheer pity over Tebow back in 09 because a Bama player had never won it before. It sucks because I actually think Henry is a much better candidate than Ingram ever was and more deserving.

Can we just give Ingram's Heisman to Henry and be square?

He is only 19 years old. I assumed he was Junior or Senior, but he's a true Soph.

Watched him a few times this year --- he's awesome.

Some of the smoothest cuts you will see by a college RB. Great vision and surprising burst once he hits a hole. Hope he is invited. Special player. Deserves top 5 for sure.

For him to break Barry Sanders all purpose yards record, he's definitely doing something right.

He should easily win in a landslide imo. But Henry will. At least Henry is more deserving than that joke Ingram.

The trophy is supposed to go to the most outstanding player. While I haven't looked up the stats, the fact that McCaffrey is killing it in all purpose yards would lead me to believe he is the most outstanding player. Who else in the country could do what he did against USC last night? Incredible.

Henry is awesome, no doubt about it BUT his supporting cast makes what he does more obtainable.

McCaffrey = most outstanding player.
Henry = best straight up running back.

The last time an Alabama running back won the Heisman, a white Stanford running back finished runner up. Deju vu all over again.

The Hypesman trophy has little to do with being the best college football player. It's a freakin' beauty contest.
