Lets see now. They can star in the NFL but can not play in the SEC. Real smart.
being as we are going to 4-3 D and zone blocking O line, will most of our linemen have to get leaner in the offseason? edit* i dont know if zone blocking requires more speed. im asking.
My wife uses resistance bands. 😏 I'll stick with squats and sprints. Thanks though and goodnight! GBO
All teams use the bands with weight training. Works just like the chains do. Keeps a more constant resistance throughout the repetition with more resistance at the top. It works & has its place. No S&C coach uses that method or any one method as a stand alone exercise though like some are thinking.
Maybe he was hanging out with Barry Bonds.
You can develop every muscle in your body & of course you can develop fast twitch. The content of fast twitch muscle you have is genetic though its not like you can actually create fast twitch muscle fibers you just have to get the most out of what you have.
1) How dare you question my mental health knowledge? The simple fact I am responding to you should let you know I am mentally ill, and therfore have vast knowledge on the subject. 2) When Hanesworth was in shape and motivated he was an absolute beast. The fact we had players on the O line that could punk him out enough to go look for a mop handle, shows me we had serious players back then. 3) Cutt and Chavis both have a lot of pride and hated loosing. They went at each other during practice and the players followed suit. That "team dynamics" won us a helluva lot of games, period.I'm fine with a guy being fired up and hard on his team mates, but you have a serious lack of knowledge about signs of mental health and team dynamics if you you think hunting down your own team mate with a weapon is a sign of effort.
i was under the assumption that there woild be a huge difference.
