So with Saban off the table, where does Texas look now?

I've only read Brown not stepping down. No where have I read, he is guaranteed to keep his job. He very well may keep it, but I bet he doesn't.

It's going to end very anti-climatically, because Brown will remain as coach.

But next year, I'd say his seat is already very warm.

@BobbyBurton247:
BREAKING: Source tells me that Mack Brown, following mtg w school prez and AD, will remain coach of the Longhorns

shaggybevo is on complete meltdown after their own little Grudenmania completed - forcing you to register to see their boards!

I wouldn't care if they disinterred Darryl f-ing Royal. i'm enjoying this meltdown of the sips right now. its so bad, it might make people forget how foolish a few vols fans made the program look when weasel boy booked and then the gruden fiasco. look at some of their fan sites, then remind yourself that these people loudly proclaimed themselves to be too good for the sec. the last time I heard the f word that frequently, I was in nam.

They would be stupid to fire CMB without a proven winning coach waiting on the job we know better than most that's how to destroy a program.

They would be even stupider to keep him. His team is not as good as the record says. When Bob Stoopid is your main competition, you should win the championship every year at Texas.
