The couple, who rely on Medicaid for their health care, (and have 10 children) were also upset about the nation’s new health reforms.

When asked why her family used state-subsidized health care when she criticized people who take handouts, Valerie Shirk said she did not want to stop having children, and that her husband’s income was not enough to cover the family with private insurance.

“I know there’s a dichotomy because of what we get from the state,’’ she said. “But I just look at each of my children as a blessing.’’

typical liberal media attack, lets take and interview a bunch of folks, and the ones that sound the dumbest, we will make them the story so it looks like the whole party feels that way. Been that way since Hearst.

Naturally, Mn praises Nambla for their snazzy slogan..... "Their great before their eight!"

You know, since Nambla is a fringe group they represent the entire democratic party!

I've often wondered how many of these people at the conventions/protests are actually activists that believe in what the protest is about.

The loudest, mind-numblingly stupid people are always the ones to be thrust to the spotlight of being a representative for the movement... and more often than not they don't represent what the movement is about.

So if your actual intent wasn't to make some type of political statement, but rather just to share some "humorous" quotes, shouldn't this thread have been in the Pub section?

What I dont get PJ, is the assumption that tea partiers are a bunch of redneck, toothless hillbillies.

I didnt know Boston had that much hillbilly infiltration
