I am atleast 30. So in the last 30 years, UT has 252 wins and Bama has 234. And picture that spread without the last five years (224-173). Chew on that Bama!!!

That's the dogma of fans who are envious.Bama was awarded NCs in 45,75,and 77 but doesn't count them.The only NCs Bama has claimed in the last 70 years are AP/UPI/BCS.It's just easier for some fans to spout such things than to deal with them.

Sorry,forgot about the undefeated team in 66.It also isn't counted.The irony is that the same entity that awarded a NC to Tn,that they count,also awarded one to Bama in 66,which they don't count.

You didn't understand.I wasn't saying you won one in 66.I was saying Bama was awarded one in 66,which it doesn't count,and it was awarded by the same people who awarded Tn one earlier.If you want to count 67 or any other you have that option.I am simply providing contrary facts to your statement that Bama counts all of these NCs.They have only counted AP/UPI/BCS since WW2.

According to Atcheson, he made the effort in the context of disputed titles being claimed by other schools, and "to make Alabama football look the best it could look." Though the claims were made in the spirit of competition with other claimants, Atcheson maintains that the titles are the school's rightful claims.

This is what Im talking about... It makes us look good, we'll just claim these...

He didn't just claim them,there had to be something to claim.He was doing what other schools were already doing,recognizing earlier titles which Bama didn't do at that time.You don't mind other schools doing it such as ND,USC,etc. because it isn't Bama.What is the difference in Bama's 1925 title and Tn's 38 title?Why is one legit and the other not?

Of the 1940 team... 17 straight shutouts... Thats how we claim it...
No one scored on us... Why they didnt have 3 in a row is the real crime...
