Sopranos

Yeah the whole metal spike up the 'tract" to tap on the stone (loud enough to hear!) was tough to watch.

I did like when Al's assistant got so pissed at the guy with no ears that wanted to see Al that he had to kill him.

Good times.

I watched it a little for the first couple of seasons... my mom frowned on a 12 year old boy watching such a show for some reason. I still tried to sneak it in here and there. One of these days when I get into some money, I'll own every season.
That was pretty good. I like hearing what Tony and Mike have to say about it as well on PTI, but those slackers didn't even catch last night's show.
True, the Sopranos started off slow this season. Tony's coma really dragged on, but since he's come out of it the show has had a great pace.

What about half the frickin' episode dedicated to Carm in Paris pondering the meaning of life?

sopranos this season has been way too disjointed. You can feel each writer going for a theme episode, like suddenly issues and characters pop up and are given inordinate amounts of attention for one episode, and then disapear the next. Artie's resturant episode was a good example. It came out of nowhere, then disappeared.

On a positive note, I don't mind at all that Janice disappears for weeks at a time.
I get dumb chills every time she gets overly emotional. Which is all the time. Poor Bobby.

I feel ya, that was so boring. I got really agitated with it.

I didn't know that they were going to show reruns tonight. :bad: Bummer

I'll be the first to say it - Second half of this season SUCKED.

Maybe I'll appreciate it more later after a few more viewings... but man, it just left me wanting more. Last eight shows next year better be big.

I thought tonight created several good story arcs for the Elite Eight.

Could be, hat.

I'm probably just disappointed it is over until next year.

Several good lines as usual tonight, plus the potential future and on-going story lines.

I was really looking forward to and expecting the war between NY and NJ... then Phil has a coronary.

Phil's illness sets up a really interesting situation. Look at the idiots he has as captains. Imagine the chaos that would ensue if one of those morons had to ascend to power.

A friend told me that the show just sets you up for a disaster that never happens. I tend to agree.
