Sopranos!!!

:)

Poor ol AJ, always coming up just a bit short. Couldn't off Junior last season, couldn't off himself this season. I wonder if that'll be where they cut him off for the series, languishing in the mental hospital.

I consider that the perfect Sopranos episode and one of the 5 or 6 best I've ever seen. From the moment we see AJ sitting on the diving board until that scene ends with AJ crying on his dad's lap, and Tony saying "It's okay baby, it's okay" is THE best scene in my television history. I cried.

i just thought it was ridiculous. you know this is going to end badly for them....

I can see the series ending with AJ ending up like Tony. Eventually with more self-control but fully aware he has depression issues. How many episodes left?

Don't mess with Tony's daughter. :rock2:

I wish he would've popped that Butchy character right then too.

That guy had to know that was going to cause some sort of attack. Hell, I would have wanted to kick his butt if it were my daughter.

Edit: Although, I probably wouldn't have "curbed" the guy.

Gotta wonder about Phil too. Is he losing it? Talked on the phone and then changed his mind in span of 5 minutes to meet Tony and talks from behind a screen on the second floor. Seemed strange.

I don't think Phil Leotardo is losing it. He just thinks his time in the joint allows entitles him to do whatever he wants. The situation between he and Tony is also a metaphor for Tony's life right now. It's being a b***h but it has him by the balls right now and there's not a whole lot he can do. And it all happened at least in part to his own doing, as well as him just getting a bad roll of the dice (a gambling reference).

yeah, and doing shrooms and gambling are the answers to the problems he has......the guy is a mob boss and he's getting wasted in the desert, blowin money on just about anything......then he goes and breaks a dude's jaw...chris is dead, his son is loony, pauly is a moron.....

if you ask me, they're setting it up for the Soprano family to fall, and fall hard.....which at this point, is what i hope happens.

I was reading elsewhere that Steven Van Zandt (Sil) was on a radio show the other day saying the last two episodes would have a lot of excitement. Wouldn't give any details of course, but said a lot will happen.

I like the sound of that, I wasn't really wanting the show to go out weak, off into the sunset, if you will.

i read a very interesting spoiler today. not sure how true it will turn out being and seems pretty far-fetched, but also VERY possible.

i won't post it here, but if you're interested, PM me. and somebdoy here is close....
