Souce's Coffee Discussion Thread

I've tried almost all of Starbucks beans -- I think the Italian Roast included. For some reason they all give off a chemical aftertaste to me.

Well, no you're wrong. So, I'm not sure what else to say.

Kinda rude to raise your tone to the people you invited to discuss coffee with you. Just because its your thread doesn't mean you're right about everything.

Probably should let @windyvol take over, maybe I'll ask Freak to change it.

So, I really don't believe I'm a coffee snob, I just don't understand why people like anything other than dark roasts or having it straight black. I'm not too picky with brands or how it's prepared. We have a Keurig, a traditional drip coffee maker, and a french press...
We have a French press too for days when one or the other of us is out of town. I bought a Keurig for work and even hunted down the gold coffee grinds holder to add my own ground coffee (after three kids in disposable diapers, I try to avoid adding more plastic to the world.) I never used it - sold it to my boss when I transferred. I was ready though!
