I buy beans and grind 'em before brewing. Generally, I like a medium roast. I do enjoy an espresso every now and then, or a cafe con leche.

I'm fond of medium roast coffee beans from the isle of Celebes. More often, I buy whatever medium roast beans available - Trader Joe's, Eight O'clock, Sprouts generic beans.

Doc's advice got me drinking black coffee during the week. Weekends, I may add a little cream, half & half, or evaporated milk. I don't sweeten my coffee.

We have a Sprouts here and I've always wanted to try their coffee. How is the selection there?

Trader Joe's, Sprouts, and one Farmers Market are ~on my route home from work. There's a Publix and an Ingle's near my home, and a Kroger and a Super H Mart not too far of a drive.

Every blue moon, I'll put the coolers in the trunk and drive all the way to Decatur, just to shop at the Dekalb Farmers Market. That place has an awesome coffee selection at great prices.

I liked Good Earth Sweet and Spicy, but after they sold out to Tata, it got a weird chemical-ly taste. It had rooibos and cinnamon and a few zillion other things.
