I’m getting the feeling the decision-making among network placement was that more people nationally would watch a top 15 Alabama playing an unranked SEC team than a top 25 Tennessee playing an unranked SEC team.

SEC network is definitely reserved for mid-tier games. ESPN + is the cellar of college football. If your games are routinely on there, you're boring as ssshhhh.

Gamecocks have no run threat other than Spencer. Ga tried stopping the run first half and were down 14-3. 2nd half they stopped the deep ball and stuffed the qb run. Just defend mid and deep pass.

It ended at night but was a 3:30 kick. To me the game needs to be starting 6 or later. I can only think of Clemson in meeting that criteria.

USC has corners. They will be a problem.
That's the killer with this offense. Apparently taking away passes over 5 yards limits the offense to screens and runs up the middle. The better your top 3 corners, the more likely you are to shut down the offense.
USC won't be a win unless the defense carries the team.
