I think Basilio was saying Tyndall would be fine but right before the shoe dropped he changed his tune.

He was saying that he thought Tyndall could survive if Hart stood by him. I think Basilio was definitely rooting for Tyndall but he also said he didn't trust Hart to fight for DT if it came to that.

Also, it seems to me like most people thought Tyndall would get hit with some stuff but would also keep his job. I remember Gary Parrish on TB's show right before the ax fell and he said he thought DT would get hit but no show cause.

Either way, going back to the original point, SD is using Basilio as a source on whether or not Butch has spoken to DT. First off, who cares? Secondly, SD is a troll.

They don't understand, just want to backflip. I mean I was responding to the totally wrong statement that Butch hasn't spoken to him when he is a better friend than Bruce Pearl who Tyndall visited after he was torpedoed. He will have his day in court and we will see who was right.

You make a good point. He doesn't really "report" things like people want to say. He likes to speculate and he tells you everything he hears. He doesn't filter his information like Brent Hubbs or Hyams so you have to keep that in mind.

You're already wrong, you told us all how he was gonna backdown the NCAA and have Tennessee playing for a national championship within 3 years. So regardless of whether you feel there was some conspiracy theory that took place, the simple fact is, your above statement was and still is, wrong.

I see some people on here defend Tyndall because he was a good floor coach. I don't care how good of a floor coach he might had been, he is a liar and a cheat who destroyed a schools basketball program and the amount of love he still gets on here is sickening.

Tyndall deserves every negative comment that is directed towards him.

People defending him are probably the same fools who signed the petition against Cuonzo. They should be ignored.

Why Isn't it fair to say he is a cheat and we are glad he is gone but that he was a good on the floor coach that made his team tough as nails and got the most out of his talent??
