Looking at the pieces in the shipyard it looks like they may be stacking another nose cone soon.

Based on tweets by Elon I think they will put it on one of those small stands and try lift off from that.

What I gather they will try a liftoff and landing then immediately liftoff again from the pad a couple times in succession.

Looks like they are getting ready to start building the Super Heavy launch pad/tower. They poured concrete in the center of the hexagon that was previously poured. Now it seems like they’re about to go vertical.
We’ll probably soon find out the purpose of many of the random parts and structures lying around the shipyard.
