I am not..You learn fast from failure. The gov has always been risk averse. Look at the Shuttle, shut down for years on O-ring failure that was fairly evident from the start. Of course lives were involved, I get it, but the cost of a fed agency doing nothing for years was probably greater than hey lets beta this and get back to flight, and even then suffered another catastrophe from another issue which was even known from inception.

Maybe I am off base as there is a balance of lives at stake and last thing they want is a catastrophe. Going to be dangerous no matter what.
