yeah the yahoo stuff was brought out by auburn fans a few years back.when they showed julio jones and his 17 armani suits.kidding on armani as far as i know but they looked expenxive .and they were signing shirts and helmets at the suit store and the owner was selling them at the store .and giving julio ,trent and many others suits and other stuff and they had pics but nothing came of it.the ncaa might look bama,s direction if half the team were driving caddy,s and lambo,s,and other 75,000 to 150,000 dollar cars but as long as saben is at bama they will not get in trouble even if you vidio taped him giving player,s 100,000 dollars apiece for the stars and 25 for the roll player,s .no story hear that will hurt bama in any way.like last year right before nsd a few players were down to two teams and neither was bama but when they signed it was with bama.

It won't happen and here's why. Sympathy driven politics remains high for the tornado hit Tuscaloosa took and the soothing a national championship provided the town and state. The fact that rebuilding and people who lost their homes aren't yet out of the woods. Jerking what some insist is perhaps the only bright spot for Tuscaloosa and the state is deemed too sensitive to do.

I don't love Bama but hope the cheating isn't true. All that would do is uglify the SEC. We all know how rival conferences would love to see that. It's hard to not question it when you see poor inner city kids driving vehicles that even a number of doctors can't afford.

Ummm every Doctor can afford those cars. These are ford, chevy, and dodges they are driving. Not BMW's or exotic cars.

Key words are "even some doctors", not all docs are big city doctors with a big time hospital residency and a fancy office staffed by 5 or more people. Further, a good number are saddled with paying off their medical schooling debt and equipment they had to order to start up their practice. The point is, "some" doctors can't afford 30K-50K SUVs or Cadillacs like these paid players "are driving around. Therefore the concept that "every" doctor can afford them is false. Not to insult you, I have either lived in or long term visited places located in New Mexico, Arizona, Nevada, and west Texas where the town docs drive around in beat up old pickups and and 1960-70 cars that looked like they should be in a junkyard. I'm sure some backwoods rural areas in Alabama and other southern states have doctors like this too so they fit the "some" category.

Your OP was about Bama players getting paid. There was already a thread in the NCAA forum about the same subject so yours was merged. No need to get your shorts in a wad.
