If there is going to be a commit today, I would guess wither Hendrix or maybe even Garrison Smith.

These 2 posts were just posted on VQ. This may end up being a GREAT day to be a VOL:

Fred White was on 1180 around 1pm talking about reading on the message boards that Heaps had committed to UT. I didn't really take it seriously at all, but did anyone else hear that?

I heard that too, that he had committed, on the local Atlanta radio.

Seems weird to not be true and be around on all these places.

What gives?

take that stuff with a grain of salt, do you honestly think the sports animal would be the first to know if Heaps was going to commit? Have they EVER broke any recruiting news?

They get their info from Hubbs and VQ...

WOW. This would be a huge commit for us. I hope Reaves finished the deal. Heaps would help us on many fronts.

I thought Hubbs has been saying were not really in the running for Heaps. All i know is, lately, when these rumors have been going around like this, they were true. Hopefully the trend will continue

Heaps doesn't talk to Rivals, so he doesn't talk to Brent, so Sports Animal knows nothing about Heaps.

I've looked at them all even the Huskies message boards and there is no mention of a commitment. The rumors didn't start until the radio mentioned it so I don't know where it came from.
