dude, kiffen would have us on probation. kiffen lucked up by usc already being on probation when he left UT. His new AD has him on a short leash so he's being very good. He would have kept on doing the same thing here and it would have killed us even worse.

i like kiffen as a coach, but we would have gotten hammered by the ncaa.

Not hit someone after it's clearly incomplete? Let alone in the head when they're defenseless. Would have been a late hit on a QB too. Was way after the ball was incomplete. Cheap shot

Agreed.

We'd be a mess right now if he were here due to probation, his "character" for the media, & his continual recruiting of headcases. Despite this, I do think he is a better coach than Dooley.

The only thing I hate with all these undefeated teams going down is that it opens the door for Boise St. At some point they are going to have to be put in the title game, which would suck.

It wasn't way after incomplete . The new rules make these guys look like head hunters. He didn't launch himself and it was his shoulder.

I agree, but comparing Kiffin to Dooley in the area of coaching exposes Dooley's shortcomings. But no doubt, we'd have been on probation for sure. Orgeron in particular is as dirty as it gets.
