I enjoyed Harrison Ford's Han Solo immensely more than any character in Star Trek, so I'll go Star Wars.

In all honesty i've tried to get into Star Tek....several times as a matter of fact. The 2009 movie is the closest i've come to liking it. Everything else, especially the original series, comes across as too slow paced for my tastes. Plus the overall story in Star Wars > any of the plots I have seen in Trek. Just my take.

comparing the Luke vs. Vader lightsaber duel to the Kirk vs. Gorn battle is silly

one was a TV show from the mid-60's working with a very limited budget the other was a big budget sequel that had access to a little company called "Industrial Light and Magic".

again, the two shouldn't be compared at all
