I agree. If somebody can hang in there & get whatever degree they can they will get their foot in the door somewhere. Kind of like the military. After a couple of years in I started noticing some idiots, NCOs & officers, that were just total morons that acquired rank by just being in the military for a length of time. There were some highly intelligent ones too but I knew at any time my life could be put in one of these idiots hands. I finished up my enlistment & a few years later I was out.
