Its clearly meant for the other guy. Chill out, not so smart UT fans.

I've heard and read Stoerner fumble comments over the years from several UF/Bama fans whenever UT's '98 championship is mentioned.

Of course, the fact the guy used Stoerners twitter name, then yeah, he probably was digging at both.

Bama fans shouldn't say too much about the Stoerner fumble. We could always bring up Daniel Lincoln....

I will not make fun of stoerner, for he has given me the greatest gift as a vol fan. A national championship, so please thank him....

Thank u to stoerner, but a much bigger thank you to the Vol defense for putting pressure on him forcing the stoernover.

I think your recollection of that game, much less the entire 98 season, is a bit lacking.

Thank Billy Ratliff.

Yep. If Ratliff doesn't go full throttle against Burlsworth, then the fumble doesn't take place. Tennessee made their own luck.

Arkansas fans constantly whine about that particular play. But they conveniently forget the gift the refs gave them earlier in the quarter when their punter, attempting to retrieve a snap that went over his head, kicked the football at the Arkansas two yard line through the endzone.

The refs gave Tennessee a safety. Tennessee should've had the option to take the ball on the Arkansas two. No doubt our offensive line would've gotten that touchdown and the lead with it.

That was a truly great Syracuse team, especially on offense. The Carrier Dome had a humidity factor at work that caused a lot of teams, even Spurrier's Gators, problems with fatigue.

Why'd you change your post?

Everything I wanted to type either would have gotten me into trouble or wouldn't satisfy me. I just went with generic.

Wanted to say rednecks, or idiots, or inbreds, or something like that...

then he shouldn't have included the @phillipfulmer
Interesting that we haven't won in over five years and some of you knuckleheads only have memories of 98 to hold on to by focusing on a fumble. You guys can't even focus on the future of this program because you're lost in 98. Its sad really. Lets make fun of a Guy who fumbled in 98 because we can't get to a bowl game. Some Vol fans have become petty.
