Stormy Daniels sues Trump

It didn't say that.

"An Ohio law known as the Community Defense Act prohibits anyone who isn’t a family member to touch a nude or semi-nude dancer."

My apologies, it wasn't in your link...

It was on CNN.

Stormy Daniels arrested while performing at Ohio strip club - CNNPolitics

Under Ohio law, an employee who regularly appears nude or seminude is prohibited from touching patrons on the premises of a sexually oriented business -- unless it's a family member.

Was this in Jordan's district?

Edit: looks like it was in Columbus, so I don't think it was his district. Stormy did get a pretty nice mug shot out of it though.

What were 3 officers doing in a strip club?

Because the sheriff's office knew they had a famous/controversial stripper there and they wanted to specifically target her? As for the other two arrests made, you can't just walk out of a club with just one stripper in cuffs over such a common practice. Allocating that much man power to enforce such a frivolous law definitely suggests an ulterior motive.
