Swearing on the Bible is a sign of evil? Our country may wish to discontinue the practice.

A) that’s how it appears. Have someone read the verse to you and explain it.


B) when some false accusations appear I’ll give the scripture support. Fortunately no false accusations have been made

For the record looder, when I was called to testify I didn’t swear on the Bible. I explained my objection to it and the judge simply had me “affirm” that I was telling the truth.

I'm beginning to believe the left is too busy following Trump's twitter and watching Fox news, all to find things to complain about, that they don't know their own talking heads. Of course the right must be keeping tabs on the left as well to know about Joy Behar and what CNN is saying. Kind of comical how each side is capable of quoting each other's news sources.

I had no idea who she was by her name. When I googled her and saw her picture, the face was familiar. I think she must only make news on right wing shows. Sort of like SJW - only a common term to consumers of right wing media.

I watch CNN a lot. I can name 3 people on CNN. Cooper, Blitzer, and Cuomo (?). That's it. Any other name I would have to look up. I can name two people on Fox. Hannity and Carlson (I guess he is still on Fox). That's it. I know they have a morning show with 3 people. Couldn't name any of them.

I took a **** on a copy of "It Takes a Village" and used "Change We Can Believe In" for target practice. (Got 'em both in the $.50 bin at a thrift store.)

You are doing the same thing to a Bible since there is nothing inside you believe in.
