Stormy Daniels' lawyer Michael Avenatti is accused by a former client of running his law firm like a ‘Ponzi Scheme’ and 'trying to loan him his own money with interest'

A former client of Stormy Daniels' lawyer Michael Avenatti has accused him of operating his firm like a 'Ponzi scheme'.

Gregory Barela alleged that Avenatti pocketed his money after helping him win a settlement, but later tried to lend him back his own money and charge 10 per cent interest.

A lawsuit by adult film star Stormy Daniels against President Donald Trump over a non-disparagement agreement has been tossed out of federal court.

US District Judge James Otero says the suit, which sought to invalidate the $130,000 agreement that kept Daniels from speaking publicly about her allegations of an affair with Trump ahead of the 2016 election, should be sent back to California Superior Court. In his ruling, Otero says the suit "lacks subject matter jurisdiction."
By remanding the case back to where it was first filed, Otero made it clear the case is over.

Maybe after Trump's second term, he does one more season of Celebrity Apprentice and invites Stormy Daniels as a participant. That would be must see TV!

Television lawyer Michael Avenatti announced Tuesday that he will no longer represent pornographic actress Stormy Daniels.

“On February 19, we informed Stormy Daniels in writing that we were terminating our legal representation of her for various reasons that we can disclose publicly due to attorney-client privilege,” Avenatti said in a statement shared to Twitter. “This was not a decision we made lightly and it came only after lengthy discussion, thought and deliberation, as well as consultation with other professionals,” he added. “We wish Stormy all the best.”

Probably hard for a client to sue a lawyer that is still representing them anyway.

From today's First Department ruling in the Zervos case against Trump. I love the last sentence below. Sounds like all the blood rushed to his stomach and the toadstool stopped working.

"he was escorted to his bungalow, where he kissed her "open mouthed," "grabbed her shoulder, again kissing her very aggressively, and placed his hand on her breast." After she pulled back and walked away, defendant took her hand, led her into the bedroom, and when she walked out, turned her around and suggested that they "lay down and watch some telly telly." He embraced her, and after she pushed him away, he "began to press his genitals against her, trying to kiss her again." She "attempt[ed] to make it clear that [she] was not interested" and insisted that she had come to have dinner. They had dinner, which ended abruptly when defendant stated that he needed to go to bed."

A porn star was playing hard to get with a billionaire?

Is this what we are being asked to believe?
