Watching Roman since his mom's wedding, and he just fired Gerri, and everything he's realizing, crazy!

I have a couple different ideas of what will happen tonight.

We find out Mencken actually lost the election and either A) Kendall burns everybody and becomes his Father (even maybe doing something horrible to his own kids)...I don't think Kendall wins without going full on evil. or B) Jerri (sp?) ends up in charge.

Or the alternative path is that Mattson does win and Greg ends up as a puppet US CEO, not Shiv.

I feel like Mattson gets the company and tells them all to f off.

I feel like that's the least likely of my scenarios bc we know he's cooking the books and they haven't used that against him yet. But, I do see it as a possibility.

Inflating numbers in India is a little PR hit that's why they dropped it the day after the election. Netflix did it for years. Has no bearing on the actual deal.

The Mattson character changed the most to me, from the first time I saw him to his later version.

This show is so weird. Great, but weird.

And if I never hear the word "Yeah?" again, it'll be too soon. Is that a northern thing?

Without reading any spoilers in this thread, should this be my next binge? Would the wife like it too?

I watched S1E1 and I was interested enough to continue, but I never did. I think maybe my conscience got the best of me. Bunch of rich asswipes cussing alot.

I'm not saying I won't try it again, just not in a hurry.

For me it was like watching sci-fi, if that makes sense.

It's a stay away if you don't like complicated stories where it's not good vs. evil or redeeming protagonists. It's just really good storytelling and acting that will leave you feeling a little gross, but also very entertained.

Just watched. So good. That scene in the empty boardroom. The intensity...off the charts and
Romans realization. Beautiful. Bravo Succession. Perfectly ending to a near perfect show.

Not mine, but great

“Kendall was born on third base and got thrown out stealing second”

Gerri, Karl, and Frank were always good but they stepped it up this final season. I could watch an episode that’s just them ripping on each other and everyone else.

Frank was always solid. Gerrit was a favorite from the start. Karl was so good in the last season I was wondering if I missed something in the first 3. When he destroyed Tom, that may have been my best laugh in the whole series

Karl was definitely underutilized in the first 3 seasons based on his hilarious turn in 4. You didn't miss anything. He had some funny moments before but they were few and far between.

My wife and I watched the entire series together over the last six months. We don't watch a lot of the same shows and we both enjoyed it immensely. That being said, I could see it being a love it or hate it type of show.
