We had back to back bowl disasters IIRC. Clemson and Maryland.

We played in the Citrus Bowl against Michigan after losing the SECCG to LSU in 2001.

Didn’t we beat hell out of Michigan in the Citrus Bowl that year we lost to LSU?

Mecole Hardeman is the Kamara of UGA in the sense he has been under utilized during his career at Georgia.

Yes... he is thinking of 2002 when we played so poorly and lost to Maryland... but we deserved to be in the Peach Bowl in '02. Now, in 2003 we should have been in a better bowl than the Peach... but that was the year we lost to Clemson.

I was at the Peach Bowl game against Clemson. I knew by the body language of the UT players when they came onto the field that we were going to lay an egg.

Actually I really got it wrong. It was 2003 when we had a BCS hold put on us and then got passed over.
