It was one of those friend's friend who was connected things.

One of my best buddies' family is pretty well connected. They're probably not much more than your normal $10k a year donor but his dad has been big a supporter of Wuerffel's charity over the years and they have gotten pretty well connected with him. I don't know how much Danny knows of the ins and outs of the program, but I'm inclined to believe he would be willing to share some things with those he considers friends.
